Awal diet mulai bulan November 2020 sampe sekitar bulan Januari Febuari 2021 mulai kendor dan sampe bulan Mei 2021 sadar banget kalau bb udh kembali naik 3-4kg, yg mana sebelumnya lost 6kg... kaget, sekarang mulai workout sama defcal lagi.. semangat^^
