Another week of not following things so well. A bit of stress at work led to two happy hours during the week with wine and yummy bruschettas - if I'd only had a single glass of wine and stuck w/meat and cheese plates I probably could've stayed in ketosis. Once I screwed the week up, the weekend was fair game (I decided) and I went a bit crazy w/chips and salsa and other carbs over the weekend. Thus, very little weight loss this week.
My foot is still messed up from the hike I mentioned, so no exercise on the weekend.
I'm entering this journal several days late so I might as well say I've been very disciplined this (new) week. Stay tuned for my Monday weigh in... :-)
