We roll on again this week. Bathroom saga causing some major constenation!
Ate OK last week but only got two gym sessions in.
Back in Gym tonight and had a brilliant heavy session, added squats back in and legs are really strong- feel a lot stronger but then Ive had a bit of a mini bulk on teh back of an 8 week cut!
I must get some cardio in this week.
