Hmm, a slight increase in weight. Not to worry, it will fluctuate if I continue weighing every day. I'm going to give a daily weigh-in a go for a month and assess at the end whether it helps or not.
I decided to have a crack at a short walk yesterday, to see how my feet went.
I walked for 15 minutes and that was fine. YAY! My endocrinologist has prescribed amitriptyline and Vitamin B as they can lessen neuropathic pain, although it takes ages to get a noticeable result. Anyway, the pain in my feet has been slowly improving, so I felt a walk was worth a try. I'll gradually increase the distance. and hopefully, get it up to a useful level.
