Love this quote so much! Here I am at Week 9 of my journey, and I am so proud of myself! In Week 7 I was under the weather, yet I made myself do at least one workout, and stay within my calorie range. Then Week 8, with all the dark and dreary rain, I had no motivation, but I again, made myself do at least ONE workout. Also, making sure to stay within my calorie range. We have to remind ourselves that life happens, things get in the way, but we need to do our best to accept the things we can't control, while still focusing on our health goals. Yes I know it's a lot, trust me, as a mama of four who works full time, and goes to college part time, I know many of us are stretched thin. BUT, we need to remember to focus on ourselves too, put ourselves FIRST. I am eager to make it to onederland like so many others have been lately. I am jealous because I am not there yet, but I am so happy for them! I will get there damn it! Hopefully by Fall. Anywho, have a great weekend, and whatever your goals are for this week, I hope you smash them!
