Well I am now technically no longer overweight according to the NHS.

I'd rather have done the last kg without the aid of a four day stay in hospital and it's associated surgery but i didn't get that choice. I have been succesfully giving my body a deficit diet but now feel i must concentrate on allowing it more than enough to allow it to heal fully.

Good news though..... I've lost two stones.....kidney stones :)

79.1 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week

I'm putting it in the short term pain long term gain catagory Anne. Their "access" routes are still very tender but in a couple of days all will be well. They didn't get it all out so they need another go in a month or so but the kidney is functioning and draining ok so it's not as urgent.

Thank you all. Much better now the anaesthetic is getting out of the system Back counting from tomorrow.
