OK, I had a week off to clear my mind and get myself back together.
I've been blaming my switch to NuvaRing as the reason for my weight gain. I still believe this is true for the most part. That being said I've been treating it as a reason not to care and over eating. So I figure I'll try counting calories again until my doctor's appointment on the 21st. Then I'll have a better idea who's behind my weight gain.
So, back on the wagon for a while.
