all these hunger pangs and snacking-withdrawals better bring some results when i weigh and measure on friday!!! i'm so afraid i'll be disappointed =(

Oh no- don't go hungry! I was so close to quiting a few months ago when I couldn't stop being hungry all the time. I finally went to a nutritionist said put some protein and fat back in that diet! A slice of cheese and a hardboiled egg or a handful of nuts goes a long way to stave of hunger pains!

thanks for tip! yeah, i'm realizing my old habit of eating (no breakfast with only coffee; clif bar for lunch) is not sustaining me through the day now that i'm exercising regularly. i'm going to try making some easy bread-less quiche to get my protein fix.
