整整85!兴奋极了!今天中午和晚餐有聚餐,211做起来,不要怕别人看到说你减肥!突破自己开始的第一次,不然长肉又得后悔自责,沮丧!
2021年3月1日至2021年5月16日 76天,2个半月减掉13.2斤!成功第一步!下一步82斤!
