Yea! I knew my weight would go down when the bloating from the soy sauce did. Soy sauce is evil. lol. It feels good. I'm wearing my skinny jeans today and you can tell they are a lot looser. Just had a delicious smoothie for breakfast and going to work out on my afternoon break before I go back to work and have friends over tonight.
