Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I've been doing very well with my diet and exercise. My hubby and I are about to embark on a 3-month journey. We got a meal plan from this guy who owns his own gym and he's trained some celebrities to get them in shape. He's a friend of a friend. He loves my hubby and when he found out my hubby is an mma fighter, he loved him even more. He's more or less sponsoring Jason. The cool thing is, I get the reap the benefits as well. He said if we follow his meal/exercise plan, we'll both be shredded in 3 months. He said that's just step 1. Once the 3 months is over, he'll teach us how to maintain our weight loss and continue with it for the rest of our lives...you know, it's a lifestyle change. That's always been my problem, I could lose the weight, but I couldn't maintain the loss. Hopefully he will help.
