Reached "maintenance," and have increased my daily intake from 1800cal to 1900; however, I find myself constantly falling short. Possibly out of habit (conditioning). Possibly out of fear of climbing back up in weight...the wrong way. Began working out with some additional resistance training. Fingers crossed that I stay the course. I feel so much better!
