Last Tuesday I weighed 233. I started a new supplement, started REALLY eating well, and I've dropped the weight. Going to keep going! Can't give up now. Lots and lots of water. Sometimes I mix it up with 3/4 water, 1/4 cranberry juice. Yogurt and granola for breakfast, small lunch, reasonable dinner, and maybe a snack or two in between. More lean protein, more veggies, and I try to keep everything low calorie and low fat.

2 CLA in the morning with my other supp, and 2 before lunch with the other supp.

I'm already past the plateau mark... Let's see if I can keep this up and then work to keep off this weight. I've fluctuated so much in the last few months (plateau of doom), it's really high time to lose and KEEP losing.
