Today was our "first" weigh-in (after the initial one) at the office for our Biggest Loser competition. I came in 4.4 lb less than the initial weigh-in! It felt great-- lots of hard work to lose that weight. Today I ate perfectly, and it's almost time for bed and I look forward to weighing in tomorrow morning.
