OK I actually gained weight :-( I need to get back on track. It appears I can not have anything processed and many grains / legumes. A little bit of cheese does not bother me. And my silk almond milk. I had a bit of gluten and my hand is starting to have a rash again. So not worth it. I'm thinking of doing the whole30 as a complete detox. Not sure if I can handle it . . . . has anybody here tried it?
I did however try something new: I julienned my zucchini and had it with a home made salsa and steak strips; that was pretty good. And my food processor has arrived! I just have to open it!
