My allowed cheat day and I still brought it in at 785 calories. I did drink a cold diet mt dew and that was a real treat for me. I've been a junkie to diet drinks my whole life. 6 weeks ago I decided to drop them and treat myself occasionally. I'm weighing every other day and that will be tomorrow. We will see if anything has changed.
