Weighed myself this morning. As I do every morning, and pretty much every time right before I step in the shower. I really need to stop doing it that much. Most of the time, I get so discouraged and frustrated seeing that number. So not good for me. Ok, I have to try REALLY hard not to step on that darn thing until Friday morning when I do my weekly measurements.
