I marinated in 3 tblspoons of soy sauce & then tossed it in corn starch & black pepper to taste. I wouldnt add more salt or garlic because it is already salty from the soy. Toss it & fry it in olive oil! So good

Can do the same but bake it in the oven for an even cleaner meal! Less oily.

surprisingly it wasnt that oily! i didnt do like a deep fry, i just covered the bottom of the pan and flipped them a few mins each side
