Hai ka, Resepnya hanya : Meizena (55gram), Oatmeal (35gram),Nanas (25gram), fiber cream (1sdm), Gula 0cal (3/4saset), Yogurt itu sekiranya sampai adonannya kalis, boleh juga pakai pisang yang udh ditumbuk halus. Dan kuning telur + madu dan sedikit minyak kelapa
