I have not worked out this week, and the foods I have been eating have high sodium, so not gaining is greatly appreciated. I have been suffering horrible allergies, constant drainage in the back of my throat, making me sound like an old man, and causing insufficient amounts of sleep. Thus adding to the lack of motivation and energy to get up and workout. I have been staying within my calories though, to ensure consistency and prevent gain. I am giving myself grace this week, and will get back to working out first thing Monday, God willing, that this sickness passes. I hope you all have a great weekend, and Happy Mothers Day to all you mothers that work hard day in and day out for your families, and kudos for you making sure to also take care of yourselves. I know its hard for us to do, but as we are the foundation of the family, it is vital. God Bless!
