Now i have started this site i can see how many calories i am eating a day instead of just the points via Weight Watchers. I am confused how this works as i am barely eating half as many calories which i used to count when on a previous diet ( Rosemary connely). I wonder if i am doing something wrong and hoping it is safe arghh diets confuse me lol Weigh in tomorrow tho so fingers crossed like i say even if there is a loss i hope it is still healthy.
