New to the community side but following the 8 week blood sugar diet- 4 weeks in. Plan to follow the fast 800 diet plan afterwards. Trying to reverse diabetes type 2 which I have had for the last 6 years.. last blood test showed normal sugar levels so I can now come off my meds :)
