Nadya= pokonya niat sm konsisten aja ka kunci nya disitu,pokonya sabar nikmatin aja proses nya jangan tergantung sm timbangan yang penting berusaha dulu. Kalau tentang olahraga aku awal 70 bb nya itu baru jalan sore aja,68 sampai 66 aku uda coba lari sambil workout dan ya 60 sampai skrg aku workout dan skippingan aja ka. Terus defisit kalori nya jga ga terlalu ketat, masi makan apa yang di mau
