hope you find peace with yourself you look great in both pics. FYI no you don't HAVE to go keto to lose weight. science says it's calories in calories out. I think I saw a previous post of yours saying you HAVE to go keto. not at all true and not sustainable for a lot of us.

I used to think FULL meant not being able to take another bite or when the stomach is distended. I learned to stop before I get there because it’s no longer brings me comfort.
