Not as Keto friendly as could have been. IF from 8p to 11a on tues. Not much exercise today. Two loads of laundry, but mostly down the rabbit hole on this computer all day. Had to wait on AC guy. Stress level has been high, so I know exercise could help. Fatigue has really settled in on me. Coming off a 15year habit of 4 or more Diet Mt. Dews a day, but drinking hot tea until around noon. Water and ice the rest of the time. It is a treat if I am out to have 1 diet dew.

04 May 2021 Ate good until after 8p. Just didn't hold back. popcorn l00, 2 slices of raisin bread with nut butter400, 4 oatmeal cookies 200.This was up until 10p. Gross remorse this morning. Start new though today. Night time eating is the worse and such a mental problem for me, starting way back into childhood.

Try drinking tea in the evening. It helps with my cravings. And if I still want something sweet or extra after I finish the tea, then I have a healthier option that is appropriate to my diet plan after that. I usually eat less of the something sweet if I have my tea.
