Exactly! The phytonutrients are there in bucket loads if you us organic raw cacao - try that in a smoothie with banana and high protein yoghurt or cottage cheese. It’s powerful stuff! A bliss bomb. 🧋💥

It’s 10g ground flax seeds,10g chia, 14g dried coconut milk powder, tblspoon cocoa, 60g Greek yoghurt & 100g of raspberries .
