This is determination. Watching a robin attempting to build a nest in the maple tree in my front yard. He has put the same 2 pieces of string in the tree over and over for the past 2 hours. The wind keeps blowing them off. Not many people would have that perseverance. I'm feeling lazy must take some advice from the robin.

lol I have to say, in your defense, that carrying something that's possible to carry in one's mouth (in that robin's case), is not as hard as hauling all the stuff you did. Some rest is probably in order. That robin has it easier lol ;)

Robin is still at it a few strings are staying there. The thunder is getting closer with another storm rolling in, they probably won't be tree for long. The weather radio went off a bit ago as we are under a severe storm watch. This body isn't doing much LOL. Have done little bits, keeping the laundry going. Have mostly given in to the tired and sore body and giving those muscles a chance to re-group. TV is on not paying much attention, reading an interesting new book on organic gardening that I bought from a clearance rack yesterday for $2.00. So at least my mind is busy. My body with arthritis and fibro doesn't like these storms, though is handling it so much better than last year. No debilitating pain, no pain meds.

Have accomplished something today, no exercise. Future good eating. Garden is mostly planned partly inspired reading a gardening book. Am now trying to figure out re-vamping my herb garden. Between the lousy dirt and my crazy puppy tromping through everything I need a new plan. My plan when I first bought my house has changed as I now know more about my little ecosystem. Storm after storm rolling through, love the thunder echoing on the Missouri river bluffs. The spring plants look happy for the rain.

It's definitely great that you recovered that much from last year! Storms have something fascinating about them :)
