Argh! So absolutely upset. Wasted 1 month and gained 2 lbs. First month I lose 9 pounds and second month I gain. I wish I had better support and a little more positivity in my life.

There are multiple groups here on FS that will provide you with extra support. Don't be afraid to reach out to the community. It's a journey, so don't expect it to all be downhill.
