A few jobs to do in the city today and it is hard to buy a clean lunch so I made this.

Yes, crustless with cauliflower, mushroom, kale ,Parmesan & tumeric. Kept me so full all afternoon. This low carb eating style is certainly satisfying and I have had no hunger.
