I was in the Portuguese shop yesterday and thought about buying that cabbage we use for it. They sell it frozen. Then I just had a reflection moment... since I ate chorizo, spanish ham and olives this week, I am doing water retention !
I will keep that away as I as doing for the last 2 months. Processed meats don’t work with me unfortunately . And salt 🧂 😢

That’s true Janus! I am really into getting in best shape as possible before fully return to work because then I know my diet will become a bit boring. I am likely to start meal prep.
It is amazing how after a while and having this app gives you a perspective of what doesn’t work for you.
Surely refined carbs and high sodium foods don’t for me! I had a 300g increase on the scale yesterday morning and why? Because of this tasty and evil things. 200g of it its down today.
You know we like salt in Portugal 👀
