Now recording weight on day 3 and day 7. It is frustrating to be exercise restricted. My best weight loss regime included 3x weights sessions per week and 4 km walks 4 or 5 times per week. Walking restricted to < 1.5 km currently. 😖😫 Still on 2 resistance training sessions per week. [ Can leg press 109kg ] 🙃🙃
79 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is frustrating, not being able to do the things you need to do to improve your fitness. I went through the same process late last year, had arrhythmias and AF, and was so unfit and my respiratory health so bad that I couldn’t walk 500m without having to rest for a long while before I made the return journey. This too will pass, just keep up the weights, walk within your limits, breathe deep and eat moderately but for maximum nutrition. ‘God willing and the creek don’t rise’ you’ll be back in vibrant good health soon. Keep on going! 🙌🏼 Congrats on the leg press of 109 💥💪🏼 🌟🌟🌟 I managed to to get to 130kg on the leg press this week (yes, I’m bragging). It’s not as good as my all time max of 180 - that was 15 years ago and back then I was the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. A far cry from the pathetic specimen I was only 6 months ago.
