I think one of my biggest barriers is that I HATE to waste food. Growing up I was always told to eat everything on my plate. We didn’t waste anything. Now I know I don’t need to eat every bite or I will be huge.

That's completely understandable! Old habits are hard to break. I think the easiest way around that is the key to success anyways. Which is portion size/control. If you're only making enough for an adequate meal size you won't be wasting anything anyways. Portion control is the key to long term success dieting/being healthier. At least it has been for me.

Thanks Joe. I have been meal prepping but sometimes I’m not even hungry enough for the 100 calorie snack I made. Or I buy food from the store and I have leftover ingredients. I’ve been donating meals to my friends 😅
