Weve been in Dunedin for couple weeks, didn't exercise often, probably 2 times in general, did a lot of walking exploring Otago Peninsula and Dunedin beaches. Came up that Dunedin is nice place to live, but we will move forward to Karitane and Christchurch. Hopefully in Chch would be able to exercise everyday. Still don't know my weight, but feel more satisfied with body composition. Keep going and counting calories, and trying to maintain calorie deficiency.
