I made low carb bun with chickpea flour. So there are about 30g of carbs in this meal. It’s good enough to me😉

Oh i see.. I will try to change my flour.. Maybe i should use lentil flour. :) i dont wanma use rice, cause rice has a lot of suger. Meh...

You can have some rice not too much though. I eat rice or brown rice every day. It is high in dietary fibre so it’s good for you 😉 Balance is important 👍

I cannot say the same for Turkish rice. Unfortunately, we wash the rice first, then roast it, then brew it. I guess the world's most dangerous rice cooking technique. So thats why im here. I like your kitchen culture :) Im learning many things... 🌸🙏🏻ありがと 🙏🏻
