Down 5lbs in 2 1/2 weeks! Due to a neck and jaw injury that I'm nursing, my activity has been limited to walking, Qi Gong and now starting this week my 300 work out. My goal is do activities which I can maintain consistently. My walking involves 30-60 minutes per day. I do 2 15-minute walks on my break, and MWF I spend 30 minutes walking the track @ work. I start my MWFs with 30 minutes of Qi Gong. My 300 work out takes about 10 minutes.
