Thank you! Thank you all for your suggestions & being so supportive! I’ve decided to combine intermittent fasting/OMAD, low carb food with carb cycling. I think that would help me believe I’m not being deprived of my beloved rice & still control my consumption of empty carb grams. 🙄 Your suggestions encouraged me to follow low carb OMADs for the past 3 days. & I’ve been watching my sugar & sodium intake! I lost a few ounces 😉 I feel a lot less bloated & more energetic. 🙌🏽 I feel twenty-five again! 😁 I’m going to see this week goes! I think it will be a great week! I’m staying positive! I’m happy!
