Good morning. Going to try to get back on the right path ! Has anyone here down the 75 hard?! Any thoughts ?

I've heard both good and bad. If you're extremely disciplined, go for it, but if you tend to be hard on yourself, it might not be for you.

and by that, I mean that I understand it can be triggering for some.

A fitness trainer I know is doing it - she says that if you’re not used to the intensity that it could be dangerous to workout 45 minutes twice daily.

I gave looked into it, and I think the points you made are valid. I dislike using the word “Hard” because of course you’ll think it’s hard! Maybe give it your own name and twist? 75 Start Fresh? New Me 50? You know what I mean?

I’ve looked at it. I think the “hard” for me would be that it is someone else’s plan. That’s when the rebel in me makes me want to do the complete opposite! Two workouts a day also seems extreme. If I want to walk and do yoga or strength training the same day, great. That’s on my terms. 75 days of that seems a lot.

Never heard of it, Thank God. I eat whatever I want as long as it's accounted for in my caloric-intake/diary. :)

I was just wondering what you all thought I’m definitely not strong enough mentally or physically to do that just yet !
