Only thing that concerns me with egg whites is that what do I do with the yolks? If no one wants to have it

Remind me why people avoid yolk ? I mean I am confused coz I have seen few focussing on egg whites and few on yolk

@Adeeep.. yolk contains high level of cholesterol. But yolks have vitamins and nutrients that support your health... so some consider to eat egg yolk. It's ok to have yolk but Not regularly. I usually take it sometimes in form of omlette,egg bhurji or some other recipies .But be sure to maintain ur health and feed whatever ur body needs.

Egg yolk is good source of fat and it's provides good cholesterol to boost up testosterone ..

@Adeeep Eggs,Fish,Nuts always tops on the list. I u want to stay fit with good muscle mass then u can prefer taking fibre foods like oats,sprouts,nuts,millets and stuff.But do Not cut down carbs completely. Carbs are also required for your body.
