I am so disappointed in myself. By this time last month I had dropped 9 pounds. Here I am three weeks later and I have only dropped 1.5 I am happy I didn't gain anything but I know I let myself slack. I have since got back on track but I am angry. I knew better; I know better. Someone once told me that excuses don't explain and explanations don't excuse. I can't wait for the weather to get better and stay that way. I hope everyone is doing well.
