So we made chicken tacos last night. I've been eating so clean lately and eating those tacos made me feel horrible all night. And even today I'm not 100%. I should have known better because of my acid reflux disease. I just thought maybe making them at home I'd have more control over them but then I added an avocado salsa I would not normally eat. It was just too spicy. So back to clean eating for me. I don't like feeling like this. No weight changes this week. I'll take it at least it didn't go up! Happy weekend everyone!
