I’m not sure how to log my dinner today, since it isn’t a choice on the food list.
I chose 1/2 of an 11” veggie pizza 🍕from the list, but I had the keto crust with veggies, pepperoni & sausage. Hopefully it’s close enough 😉
Weight-in is tomorrow morning, I’m hoping the scale will go down ⬇️, however I’m skeptical. This week I had a lot of shepherd’s pie, with puréed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. The portions were large, even though I reduce the suggested serving size.
