70.50 Its Lockdown and been 8 days with no gym. Have done body weight exercises for few days but unfortunately, the motivation is not that strong. Yesterday, I started to do some body weight exercises and all of a sudden sat down with no exercise 😔. I dont want to sound negative but this Lockdown is crashing Billions of dreams. I am working on a YouTube channel which is based on (Reaction Videos) but I miss my workouts all the time. ! What shall I do to keep working out at home? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated

Same here..the only thing that keep me motivated to do workout at home is that...when the gym will open ..you can get on track much faster as compared to other...do more variation ,learn new things like handstands ,muscleups in case you don't know..keep doing

with fasting and lockdown I try walking 10000steps daily and workout apps. well we haven't much choices 🤷🏾♀️

Thats buddies. I am trying to make my mind stronger to get going because I do not want to see myself in a bad shape after few weeks. Good idea to learn new things, will surely start these.
