So I went to the gym last night around 5:30, hoping it wouldn't be that crowded b/c of the weather...well I was wrong!! It was packed! So I switched up my plan and did 40 mins of cardio last night instead. It's so tough to do a circuit workout in between a billion other meatheads. I did 30 mins on the arc trainer and then 10 mins on the treadmill doing interval sprints. It turned out to be a great workout!
This morning I did my circuit workout, and again it made my legs scream for mercy! But that's what they need :) I was able to get through all 3 sets with 20 reps on the leg extension. It really is all mental.
