When I started this, it was for my health, which was not good, to say the least. For one thing, my cholesterol was 9.8. As of yesterday, my cholesterol is 4.29, and I am off statins, with my doctor's blessing! This journey is so worth it. I'll be having all the rest of the blood tests in June, when I'll find out the state of my liver and pancreas. I have high hopes.
