Starting over seriously again. Counting everything and exercising. This summer will be a summer of big change. I have had trouble with my bipolar these past few months so it is time for a change. Better food and exercise will help my mental state!
The things working against me are my medications, and hypothyroidism, but there are plenty of things I can change right now!
