@Taryn thanks it just looks impossible right now to even reach overweight

Missshezzy, Taryn is right, you can do it. Best way to do it, is in a sustainable way. One that you can adapt to and do for life. I was one of those that wanted to lose the weight yesterday and gained it back just as fast. First step is portion control, then making healthier swaps to your favourite meals. I’m also back in the obese range. But I will slowly but surely work my way back to the normal range. We both will 💪🏼

Hi lady - I started a year ago heavier than you are now (92kg at 1.61m 😱) and I'm close to the normal range (just just not yet there 😭) - it's entirely possible even though it looks like a huge undertaking. Remember BMI is not a 100% fool proof method, as it doesn't account for many variables, such as muscle and bone mass, or where fat is stored (abdominal fat is the most dangerous as it is stored around your organs). You can also aim to have your waist as half your height, which at least takes in to account where the fat is stored. You got this - small daily consistent changes make all the difference ❤️

You are obviously short as well - even more than me, and it's tough I swear, every kg up looks like 10kg - but you CAN do this!! 💪

Knowledge is power, and you had the strength to want to change and act on it. You’re doing something great for your health. Half the battle is deciding to do something about it. Good luck!

Honey, BMI ranges aren’t accurate at all. Don’t let that get you down❤️

Remember that bmi is a general measurement not taking into consideration muscle mass, bine density etc, I mean when I'm under 10% bodyfat I'm still considered morbidly obese all ill say is use the mirror and how you feel to determine where you should be not just the internet calculator.

I agree with everyone here.... It smacked me right in the face aswell.... But forget about it. Do what makes you happy at the end of the day... Stay focused on your goal.... Xx

BMI is intended for "average" people so generally doesn't apply well to most people
