More loss! It's so great-- yesterday was a snow day (the whole city shut down so the offices of both myself & Jason were closed) so I didn't do any activity. Just laid around watching movies, playing video games, talking on the phone, and reading. So I made sure I ate lots of protein-packed foods like raw nuts to keep myself from eating out of boredom. It worked :) Today is a snow day too; all my appointments cancelled so I will have to be sure to keep up the good eating today too. Maybe I will do Just Dance or DDR for an hour or so to get some exercise.
