I binged this weekend. For whatever reason on sunday I couldnt stop eating. I never felt full, and I know I eat out of boredom so that didnt help =/ It was a bad weekend food wise. But, its behind me now. Its a new week and I cant dwell on my slip up and get discouraged. Im back on track. Now I just have to lose what I gained back, ugh.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
