I'm telling you, I've been on a roller-coaster...it's been up and down. I lose 5, I gain 5. I have to admit I wasn't being consistent with my exercise, so that's why. I know I'm serious now. I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30-day shred. I really like it. I still love doing P90X, but there's some days I don't have time to do a full hour. Her workout is 20 minutes...doesn't sound like much, but it's an intense 20 minutes. There are no breaks. I'm hoping this will boost my metabolism and help me jump back into the P90X. I feel confident that I'll have my weight back off by the summer. I want to look cute in my shorts ya know!!! :)
