Wahh udah banyak yang komen, kalau nanya tips sebenarnya tipsnya cuma konsisten aja kak, tiap hari nyempetin olahraga walau cuma 20 menit, tapi pas puasa begini olahraganya gak jalan samasekali tapi tetap defkal dgn cara gak kalap pas buka atau sahur kak

Yunikesafitri : wo nya saya pakai yg ada di yutub mbak, ganti2 tiap wo sesuai moodnya pengen yg mana yg jelas saya wo gak pernah lama2 dan paling lama 20-25 menit aja

Cessiii : saya jujur gak pernah ngitung kalori makin kesini kak, awal2 aja yg sering nimbang2 makanan, lama2 jenuh jadi pake feeling aja makin kesini tiap mau makan apa, kayak semacam badan udah punya alarm sendiri kapan harus makan dan kapan harus stop makan gitu kak
